Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant design diploma/degree
- 4-6 years experience working as a Graphic Designer
- Fully bilingual - 50% of content and writing will be in AFRIKAANS
- Good foundation in design principles
- Advanced Adobe skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong eye for typography, colour, and hierarchy – as well as attention to detail
- Copywriting skills advantageous but not compulsory
- Work in a collaborative team environment as well as independently
- Self-motivated and well-organized with effective time-management skills to meet tight deadlines
- Team player with the ability to work with other designers as well as being proactive and conscientious
- Strong work ethic and accountability
- Friendly and outgoing

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Contribute to product development, spanning from packaging design to apparel, clothing trims, and detailed design.
- Knowledge in Teck Pack in Fashion.
- Creative Problem Solving: Tackle design challenges head-on and provide innovative and effective solutions.
- Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest design and art trends to ensure our work remains fresh and relevant.
- Layout and Composition: Skillfully arrange and present products in a visually appealing manner that enhances their marketability.
- Image Sourcing and Editing: Source and edit lifestyle images that align with our product offerings.
- Multi-Medium Design: Work with various design mediums, including digital and print, to create compelling visuals.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional materials.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Intercompany Interaction: Interact with key stakeholders to understand their design needs and present design concepts and solutions effectively.
- Brand Management: Ensure that all designs align with and reinforce our brand identity and guidelines.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks and ensure designs meet industry standards and project requirements.
